Prior to your appointment, please fill out the Health History Form and submit as soon as possible. If we already have your history health form on file, you do not need to submit it a second time, unless your health has changed.

- Signature Facial Combo – Products / Tools – $70 (75 mins)
- Indie Head Massage – $75 (60 mins)
- Reflexology Foot – $80 – (60 mins)
- Reflexology Face $80 – (60 mins)
- Hot Stone Massage – $90 (60 mins)
After filling out the form to request a service, you will be contacted to arrange a confirmed time and date for your appointment.
A fee of $25 applies without 6 to 12 hours notice of appointment cancellation.
